Problem you are having: I have a question about the sidebar titles and I'm hoping someone here can help me. Is there a more specific way to modify the titles? I mean, is it possible for me to make changes to one particular title instead of all of them at once?

The most interesting thing that happened today:
I went to Eat n Park with Chase. It was busy because we got there too early, but we didn't have to wait too long. At any rate, out of no where, this couple comes up to us. The guy is talking to his wife and is like: don't freak them out. She turns to me and asks if I'm the daughter of this couple (who have a Jewish last name, so at least they got the religion right.) I wasn't, though. In fact, I don't even know these people.
She said oh, it was just strange because I looked like what that lady would have looked like at my age. And then went on to say that I'm very beautiful and then they smiled at us and walked off.
Seriously.
Could I make this up?
My mom tells me I'm beautiful, and my next door neighbors, but this is perhaps the first time a complete random stranger came up to me and told me. :p The funny part is I still don't think I am but hey. I will take a random compliment! Thanks!
And now Dave Atell is on tv and he looks really old and balder than last time. I also don't like the beard. But he's still funny.

I'm so tired and I'm not sure what to say. I took a nap where I dreamed about Angel but then I snapped myself out of being meh when I went to the mall and I bought a Brand New t-shirt. It's awesome. It has a zombie fox on the front, which is perfect for me, since I am a zombie and I love foxes. Then I got french fries and hot wings from the grill restaurant that I usually go to with my family and ate it in front of the tv with Blair sitting next to me.
I turned in the second to last assignment for on-line class but then realized at the last minute that I had laid it out wrong (I laid it out vertically and it was supposed to be horizontal) but didn't care enough. I tried to work on stuff for my portfolio and succeeded a bit but just got frustrated.
And now here I am. I turned to comedy central and this guy came on. I wasn't expecting anything because it's one of those variety shows with lots of comics at one place all doing stand up...and of course I'd tune in to the actually funny guy. But I can't find good quality recordings of his stuff. He says the funniest things with the most dead pan of expressions. He made me laugh out loud for real.
Plus Gabriel Iglesias was on earlier, and I love that guy.

I can't find any videos of the other guy but his name is Kumail Nanjiani. So go look him up.
Sleep for me. Wish my journal entries were more interesting.

Problem you are having:
The layout looks great on Firefox and even Google Chrome, but i tried it on IE 8 and it came out all wrong: see this screencap (low quality because i'm in a rush). Anyway, so you get the idea. You can view it in action here.
At first i thought the problem may be due to the date margin i heavily edited, but turns out it isn't (or so i think). Also, another problem is that the entries go down, but the content is all the way up reaching the topbar, and it's weird. I really have no clue so any help would be much appreciated! :3

School is not only finished for the week, but this was officially week 5. Which also means we're half way done! Which ALSO means that next week is technically the very very end of stupid on-line class. YEEEEEES! It should be this week, in my opinion, but oh well. Nothing really important is going to happen tomorrow anyways.
Speaking of my on-line class I totally forgot to do my preflight stuff or whatever it's called. So I'm going to do that right now.
Finished.
My teacher was like: oh ho ho I see you're taking a portfolio class on ground. How nice. Oh ho ho. How about a punch to the face. >_> Please class end already now.
At any rate, portfolio class was a snore. I was up near the beginning to have my book looked over. She gave me some good tips on making it better and also some tips on what to do for my advertisements and some things I can do for my electives to bring stuff together and not having too many pieces. But then...I had the rest of class to sit there and do nothing. I talked with Graham for a bit and we discussed how much we hate teaching. (He teaches on-line art classes, of all things.) I talked with Adam when he woke up. I talked with Chase. And then eventually I left and went home.
In the cold.
And I'm still cold.
My dad sent off the candy package to Adam and Sock, and it was a whopping 53 dollars. So they better enjoy all that candy. I also finally got Adam's package in the mail and as promised I wore all three of my t-shirts plus Alice and the Pirates hoodie all at once. And then I took pictures.

I am tired and cold so I'm heading to sleep. I'm glad I have my portfolio book pretty much in order with only some minor fixes to make it perfect. It makes me feel on top of things and not as stressed. However, I still am worried that my stuff is crap. But I think I always will be.

I re-made my brownies but this time the pan I used was too deep so the brownies took forever to cook and I'm not even sure if they cooked all the way through...again. And then I put milk in my coffee and the milk was spoilt so I had to throw it all away and I didn't get any coffee.
But here's a zombie giraffe.
I put together my portfolio, got the pages printed and put the actual real book all together. It looks pretty nice, although I'm already making note of things I want to change or stuff to add. I'm interested in hearing the comments from the person looking it over.
And because I can't think of anything else to say and I'm really tired, here's a cow

The Lift has started up again, so I'm like.. Dead to the world.
On a side note, I feel betrayed. Like.. I can't explain it. I can't really figure out why I feel this way Or what really brought it on. Okay, I really kinda know what brought it on, and when I approached the subject, I got a cold shoulder.
Eh.
Even still. =\ I almost feel like some people used me, pushed me aside and are now all laughing at me behind my back. Weird. -Shrug.-
Other then that, life is pretty spiffy.

Tonight at school, we learned nothing.
Well, that's not true. He reviewed the important new things for five seconds past the end of class when no one was paying attention and spent actual class going over things we all know and that he's already taught us ten thousand times already since the beginning of the semester. It was so boring. He went over everything that I already have done and published! I thought this was all due last week but apparently I was wrong.
I was hoping that maybe his demonstration on animation would at least be something but it was just like what he showed us last quarter, in a class that wasn't even about creating web pages. At any rate, so I made a quick little animation to put on my web site so everyone should check it out:

Now I'm at home and it's cold and I'm kind of watching the Daily Show with my dad and eating udon noodles. Blair was sitting next to me for a little but I think he just went to the bathroom. And I think I'm going to go to sleep very soon because I'm already tired. Actually it looks like my dad is asleep on the couch :p We think a like.
My mom got this huge basket of chocolates from a patient of hers. I guess she did a really good job treating this patient because it's not just chocolate: it's like fancy pants chocolate from all these different chocolatiers including Godiva. I was invited to take stuff I like and bring it to my room and they might take the rest of it to North Carolina with them this weekend. On top of that, I have Adam and Sock's candy and chocolates sitting on the kitchen table and my dad is going to send it out tomorrow. Also I apparently got something in the mail but wasn't here to sign for it. Oh! Actually thinking about it, I'm pretty sure it's shirts and sweater from Adam! Aaaaaah I can't wait!
Tomorrow is my day off from classes, so I'm spending it on putting final touches on my portfolio book so I can get it printed out later in the night when I have a car to use as well as I'm not sure what else. That's the main goal.

I got my first assignment back from Monday class. Somehow, even though I only missed 4 points, that translates out to a B-. Only in the mind of my teacher. Me and Chase got the same grade, in fact, although we got points off for different things. Well, some of the same but still. Regardless, I don't care. My portfolio teacher liked what I showed her and that's all that matters. Just because I didn't meet his exact specifications doesn't mean that they're not good pieces the way they are.
Then he spent all of class lecturing and yelling at us and then explaining things we should already know. So me and Chase drew pictures and tried hard not to bang our heads against hard objects. Like the wall, the desk, our computers, etc.
I only have a couple more pages to layout and then I'll have the portfolio book done for now. I feel like I'm not doing it correctly but at the same time, that's what this class is for; to help us. So as long as I have something to show them, then they can tell me what I should do to make it look better, and that's that.
Me and Adam just got gold stars on The Metal by Tenacious D. And now my arm really hurts.
And now it is sleepy time. Have I mentioned yet how much I hate daylight savings time? Because I do. It messes with my mind! Why can't everyone be like the Japanese and just do away with it? And I learned today that it has nothing to do with agricultural anything. It was brought about to help people save gas. HOW. Are people reverse vampires who cannot go out during the night time? Is that how it works? America? What is wrong with you!
